Celebrating Success at the Love to Rent Awards 2025

The Build to Rent community came together last week for the Love to Rent Awards 2025, an inspiring evening that celebrated innovation, design, and excellence across the sector.

The event highlighted the people and projects setting new standards in the way we design, build, and experience rental living.

We’re delighted to share that our client, Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), received recognition across multiple categories:

Winner – Best BTR Interior Design for New Victoria, Manchester
Highly Commended – Best BTR Operator for Homes by PIC
Highly Commended – Best BTR Community for Arbour, Milton Keynes

At Kibre, we’re incredibly proud to have collaborated with PIC on these award-winning developments, designing and delivering the FF&E and styling throughout New Victoria, and the interior design and FF&E for Arbour. Each project was carefully crafted to embody PIC’s commitment to timeless, resident focused living, spaces that feel both elegant and enduring, while enhancing the everyday experience of community and comfort.
