Decorex 2025: A Celebration of Collaboration, Craft and Colour
Decorex 2025 once again proved to be a highlight of the design calendar, a vibrant celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration. This year’s edition felt especially dynamic, with immersive installations and live demonstrations that showcased the artistry at the heart of interior design.
The Sustainability Space stood out as a hub of thoughtful discussion, where talks from Furnishing Futures and Fine Cell Work reminded us of the social and environmental impact design can have when guided by purpose and empathy.
Across the show, warm, earthy tones defined many collections. Deep greens, rich reds, and tactile, natural materials brought a sense of depth and authenticity, beautifully captured by Nth Degree. Curved, organic silhouettes also continued to influence the design landscape, seen in Hyde House Home’s fluid forms, while Birdie Fortescue, Recork, and the V&A embraced a confident return to colour and pattern through bold, expressive displays.
One of our team’s highlights was the Cast Rads stand, a clever reimagining of the familiar radiator. Their playful use of colour and sculptural form offered a refreshing reminder of how everyday objects can be elevated through creativity and considered design.
We left Decorex 2025 feeling inspired and energised. For our team, the event’s atmosphere could be summed up in three words, collaborative, interactive, and positive. It was a reminder of why we value spaces that bring people, ideas, and craftsmanship together, and why design continues to feel so full of possibility.
