What was once a forgotten basement in a 19th century factory is now the beating heart of the Queen Street Quarter.

Appointed by Aberdeen Asset Management, Kibre was tasked with transforming this long, linear space, with its dual entrances and industrial bones, into a vibrant hub of resident wellbeing and connection.

The result is a layered, contemporary leisure suite featuring a gym, yoga studio, sauna, pool, private dining, and flexible social and co-working areas. Original features were carefully restored, lending texture and authenticity, while innovative design elements brought fresh energy to the space. Kibre led the entire process, from interior concept to FF&E design, procurement, installation, and styling.
