One of Birmingham's most historic sites in the Jewellery Quarter, for Legal and General. The site is built on the first electroplating factory in the UK.

The development features three new apartment buildings surrounding two listed structures.

Using the history and character of the location and buildings the design incorporates a stand alone three-storey Clubhouse, the restoration of a listed warehouse into four exquisite apartments, and creating a focal lobby and reception area.

FF&E design, procurement, and installation for all amenity spaces and apartments, including the dressing and styling of show apartments and common areas was done in house by Kibre. Items designed throughout used existing beams as furniture, the safe door was transformed into a coffee table and objet d’art was restored throughout as lighting and dressing.
