For Enclave Birmingham, Kibre delivered a distinctive FF&E scheme across the amenity spaces, combining bespoke furniture, joinery and upholstery from the UK & Portugal.

Designed to support living, working and entertaining, the amenity spaces include lounges, co-working and private dining areas, alongside a cinema, karaoke room, golf simulator and spa facilities.

A striking seven-foot faux olive tree, handcrafted at Pinewood Studios, brings scale, softness and character to the entrance lobby.

Alongside this, Kibre also supplied and installed bespoke furniture packages across 557 apartments.

From specification and procurement through to installation and final styling, Kibre oversaw every detail, ensuring a cohesive finish throughout.
