As one of the UK’s pioneering Build to Rent developments, The Slate Yard by Legal & General introduced a new standard of high-quality, wellness focused living to Salford.

Part of the wider Salford Central regeneration, the scheme features three residential blocks built on a former brownfield site, now transformed into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood.

Kibre led the interior design across all three phases of the development, delivering cohesive and characterful amenity spaces including the entrance lobby, co working areas, gym, private dining room, and resident lounge.

In 2022, Kibre returned to reimagine and refurbish amenity interiors to reflect the evolving needs of modern renters.

All amenity and apartment FF&E was designed, specified, procured, and installed by Kibre, including curated dressing and styling throughout, creating spaces that feel both personal and purpose-built.
