Kibre's scope encompassed the design and installation of all amenities, including entrance lobbies, residents' lounges, a private dining room, game areas, a gym, children's play zones, management offices, and essential back of house facilities.

Embracing a refined industrial design aesthetic, we meticulously crafted every detail, whilst also overseeing the furniture, fixtures, and FF&E design, procurement, and styling in house, ensuring that each area reflects the premium quality of these residences.
